While in film school, ray's boyfriend came out as a vampire-by killing her mom. after taking care of that whole deal, she dropped out of college and into her new career as a vampire hunter, trying to keep what happened to her from happening to anyone else. She's sarcastic and highly individualistic, deciding that trust is a luxury she doesnt want to think about. she travels all around in her 2002 mercury sable, the best car (according to her), looking for vampires and just like, any income.
